From experience, we know that one of the greatest challenges is integrating new insights and inspiration into daily life after returning home.

Together with our Ayurveda physician, you will develop a personalized strategy for home and receive step-by-step guidance for a gentle “new start” after your Ayurveda cure, right in your familiar environment.
